plotting Chuck's data should be an easy 45 to 60 minute task, BUT today has been extremely hectic.
I now have the MN and BSN versus VIN in Excel. However whenever I try to sort and select samples around the two tag numbers, I got blind sided.

I can tell you, the initial look over ...
the entire range is extremely scattered
there were no BSN below 4000VIN
