Patch Fluidyne Radiator Hole?

I purchased a Fluidyne radiator for my Pantera a couple years ago, however, it has at least one or more holes in it where the horizontal tubes meet the end cap. Is there a way to repair this? Should an aluminum radiator last longer than 1 1/2 years?
