I've heard the PI Motorsport twin glass-pack style mufflers on Jerry's Pantera as he cruised the parking lot at PI Motorsports. The volume was reasonable, I was impressed by the low volume and the nice tone (rumble) the exhaust made. I've not had an opportunity to hear the system when under acceleration.

Its hard to make a comparison to the Hall Big Bore or Mind Train exhaust systems, because those systems are quiet when new, but get louder as time goes on. The glass pack mufflers pack with carbon & oil and become less effective at deadening sound. Its impossible to know if the Big Bore system you're familiar with was a "quiet" one or an older "loud" one. The big bore systems can become pretty darn loud with age.
