pic sizes

hello eveyone:
i have no problem reducing the pic to the acceptable 200kb in order to post it. but evidently i don't know the trick to posting it at a decent size. it comes in very clear but so small you can't make out any detail. can anyone help me out as far as how to blow it up a bit........
