Placing (engineless pantera) on car carrier?

Any suggestions on how to get an engineless car up the ramps and on to a Uhaul car carrier? I was thinking that a "come-along"
hooked to the trailer then to some part of the frame on the car might do it. What about hooking on to those two bent over hooks underneath the front valance?
