Those are in fact the 'tow hooks' but if the Pantera has any sort of front soipler, it will be damaged unless you use wood to shim the come-along cable lower. Theres also a front crossmember below the radiator that might work. And if this is an open trailer, do NOT try hauling the car backward, even if its easier to load! In several cases, one involving a show car on its way to an event, the decklid latch popped and at 60+ mph, the decklid swung up & wrapped over the roof, breaking the hinges and wrinkling the roof & lid. Thousands of dollars in damages....
