Greg, that is exactly how I did it. I used a come alongand had to move it a couple times so you need some straps to secure it while you move the come-along. It is also helpful to have a couple friends around, but one time I did it by myself. I would caution about trying to push it on, the metal around the tailight panel can be dented if someone tries to push from there. If you do it by yourself make sure you block the front wheels, I have seen a car get up the ramp and roll forward over the edge of the trailer.
Another alternative if you are not going too far, would be to hire a flat bed tow truck.
