polybushings for a arms

has anybody ever replaced their standard a arm bushings for polybushings. is there a kit i can buy to do this. can somebody let me have the exact dimensions of a new standard bush so i can get some poly bushings made up if i have to.im sure i can find some thing to fit and if not there must, from all the hundreds now available, be some thing i can have turned to size.any thoughts on this guys.
