If you hear the headlight door relay "clicking", then the problem will be:

> bad contact inside the headlight door relay

> bad wiring connection to he headlight door relay

> bad wiring connection at one of the two micro switches

> bad contact inside one of the two micro switches

> plastic motor gear is stripped

The motor & relay share a common ground. Since you hear the relay clicking, I am assuming the ground is OK. The problem with the headlight doors is usually the micro switches or a stripped gear.
