Reply to "Porsche 928 Coyote Swap"

There are a couple of things or more going on there.
One, those Porsche people are a bunch of wussie bit ches.

Two, insurance companies are funny, they will no pay for anything that isn't original equipment.

So, three, the current owner has got to be a complete rebel, not caring that the car could be a total loss and doesn't care about that $1's worth?

That's rare. I've heard those stories time after time. When it comes down to brass tax, everyone wants their money out of it?

This is all great if you get the car, the engine and all the work for absolutely free I think?

It's kind of like a bankruptcy lawyer. He's the only one that gets paid so he doesn't care about anything else.

As long as the mechanic, i.e., fabricator/engineer gets paid, that's all that matters. Plus you get the fun of having built the thing.

Jee-ze! It's not like someone stuffed a supercharded Corvette engine in a Pantera? What's wrong with a Coyote in a Porsche?

Some people just ain't got no soul? Big Grin
