Go into your profile (upper left of the main screen under "GO" "Personal Zone" "Profile"). Upper right says "view/edit profile". Then down to where it says "avatar/picture". Click "Edit" in the lower right. Then click on "custom avatar" upper right. Then click "upload custom avatar". Then browse. This will allow you to choose a picture off your hard drive. You may have to resize. Then "update". back under the edit profile screen I think you still have to click the "Apply" button at the bottom.
