power window conversion

Just finished the driver door power window conversion using the aerostar power window motor as described in http://www.panteraplace.com/page164.htm. Many thanks to Todd Reid and Dich Koch and Mike Dailey for sharing the detailed step by step procedure. The passenger side motor was back-ordered, I can't wait til they come in. The driver door is about twice as fast going up &2.5 times faster going down as the passenger door.
