Pre L door locks

It seems my 71 door locks are unusual. The doors have the square handles. The driver door will unlock but not lock with a
key. The passenger door is just the opposite
(locks but will not unlock with key).

The lock cylinders will turn one way only. Is there something wrong with the lock cylinders?
