Price for 1971 Pantera

I'm looking at a early 71 Pantera with the push button door handles...The paint is average with the usual wear and it has grp4 flairs(average body work).The motor was rebuilt by a rep. builder and the car has some good upgrades.No A/C.The interior is worn as well as the trunk and engine compartment.It's a good daily driver but will need restoration in the near future.
I would like to get an estimate on the value of this car.
