Good, clean and straight Panteras are getting harder and harder to find. Check carefully for rust and make sure the ZF is in operating condition. Those are your two biggest areas of concern initially. A car as you describe would be worth from $22,000-26,000.00 +/-. If you can purchase it for less than $22,000, that would be excellent. If the owner will take less than 22K but you are unwilling to pay it, let me know and I might snatch it up!
