Price Reduced on Tom Bechtels Red '72 GT5 Replica

Those of you shopping for a "high end" Pantera, with the budget for such a car, I would like to point out that the club web site still has two "best of marque" cars advertised for sale. This is a very unique opportunity to have two such cars available to choose from. I'm writing because the price on one of them has just been reduced.

First there's Roger Gossett's white AmeriSport. It has very low miles, still in show room condition. It is a historically significant car as it is the last GT5-S imported to the US. The GT5-S cars have a very refined ride compared to the Ford spec Panteras sold 1971 - 1974. I am surprised this car was not sold within the first week it went up for sale.

Second, Tom Bechtel has just REDUCED the asking price of his Red 1972 GT5 replica. Both Roger's and Tom's Panteras are now priced at $89,995. Tom has also decided to offer the Pantera separately from the transporter, so a buyer can choose wether or not they want to spend additional money for the transporter.

Toms Pantera is a full bare metal refurbishment with flawless body work and top quality paint, a tan leather interior, a Sean Hyland 4.6 modular V8. It is a pampered show car that has very few miles on it since it was refurbished, as it is trailered to events. One unique feature of this car, the GT5 flares & spoiler have been done in steel, not fiberglass!

Those high end buyers in California, who have avoided the Amerisport because of California's smog laws should give Tom's 1972 GT5 replica a long hard look, as it is old enough to be exempt from California's annual smog inspection.

Both of these cars represent the best of our hobby, and are priced in the ball park of what they are worth.
