Finding the original chart will be hard because a lot of us would like one. The good news is it looks like there are only a few colors that are close in the bronze range. I wish I had the codes from the back of this, but I'm not sure they'd be of much use anyway. The chances are high that you will uncover areas of your car that remain the original color and you can have it matched. Good luck!
