I have my reservations about a Boss302 in a Mangusta. ( or even a HiPo289 - except maybe the 1st 5-10 cars).

D0ZE-A would be a casting. AS Ron stated if there is a number stamped in the block behind the intake , that's an indication , the motor was originally in another car. The Mangusta motors would not have had any number stamped there but would have a number stamped on the intake on the flat area where the jackshaft sits.
