Actually, wasn't there something called "The Shortt List" of this type of data that was distributed via the POCA email server?

I'll do some research, and get back to you.

Actually, a guy named Michael Shortt (on the POCA email list) has something he calls the "Shortt List" that attempts to break out the quantities of vehicles by year and color.

I believe there is more info there as well..

This is all I found. Unfortunately there isn't a good way that I know to search the POCA email list.
