IMHO this car appears to be repairable.

Unless there is undercarriage damage of major severity, the damaged panels on David's car are essentially the same as on my 2511. Including the raised roof. And 2511 will return to the living early next year.

Who can repair this? Same shop doing 2511:

He is fully booked now, and has a waiting list. But he loves working on Panteras, belongs to POCA and owns one. Anyone needing Pantera body or paint work should at least contact him.
