The MAIN thing is that you are OK and able to talk about it. Everything else is secondary.
As others have said, it's probably rebuildable. The right shop or metalwork person can fix almost anything. Whether you rebuild it or the next in line rebuilds it, IMHO, it is probably a good idea to keep it all together. If it's parted out we might be crossing another Pantera off the list of survivors.
