No Brad, you are doing nothing wrong.

I've had to "push" the updates thru the servers a few times before they took effect. Then I re-corrected the typo, and updated again. I've tested your car entry by adding that nice photo of the judging you posted, works now.

BTW at what event was that photo taken?
