Water pump pulley, the Pantera 4 bolt hole will work.
Crank pully, you should have a 4 bolt hole damper and the Pantera pulley will work, you may or may not need a spacer.

A/C / alt baracket for a windsor block is differant, try PI. I think they are made from steel.
