I took the clutch off. The disk was shot. some of the friction surface had broken off. I am taking the disk and pressure plate to a local clutch shop, to order replacements. My flywheel is aluminum with a steel friction surface. Is this normal. The flywheel is in great shape, so I got lucky there.
