I have a full set of these picked up from a friend. To use them I've read that I need to fabricate a bushing. I will see what options there are for that, Jegs does look like they sell some bushing spacers. Assuming I find a pair that is the right width, will these bind?

The other question is I've read through a few of the now closed topics on this subject, but can you actually use a 10" long spring on the fronts or was this just a thought? The reason I ask is because some guys mentioned in a previous thread that there was little clearance and lacked adjustability on the front with the 12" spring? A tech from QA1 said anything shorter than 12" may allow the shock to bottom out, or could become unseated from the spring seat if the shock fully extends. But the tech also re-iterated that if other owners have had success then to listen to that advice. The tech said they have never been involved in a Pantera build which is opposite of what others have said on here with them working with vendors using their Coilovers.
So what is the deal, I want to pull the trigger on some 400lb fronts and 500lb rears, but I would like to hear what people have on their cars in the real world. Someone started a thread about this and then it died out or got locked.
