The 60s are ECE and DOT both. The Halo rings I build the mounting plate and are attached separate.

I would sell just the mounting plates, bezels, wiring, halo rings and hardware but will need to add a #12 tap to the kit.

The 90s are not ECE so it would be better for you to buy the local. I can provide the ECE lights---cost will be better for you locally. The lights do require some modifications to fit---I can detail the procedure for you.
