There are what appear to be inaccuracies in the illustration to begin with.

The wheel shown for the front has got gussets on the outside like the 10 inch wheels do. Exactly what illustration are we looking at?

A Group 3 car wouldn't have 10s in the front. A group 4 would, but not those.
