I have the 90mm Amerisport on the '74 and 60mm Amerisport on the GT5, those are super low profile and surprisingly good light for such a small unit. Of curse LED technology has come along in leaps and bounds in recent years which opens up a World of opportunity around custom lighting with superb light output.
The bucket does require modifying on the front, but you could retain the parts for welding back together at a later date if so inclined.

The smaller lights so so much better than the 7in lights I am very tempted to make the conversion.

I'd love to know the process
