Hey Devil...yes, I installed the shutoff valves and I have yet to connect the heater hoses to the evap. Do dryers go out partially or are they either good or bad? I also verified that the fan over the condenser is pulling air from the rear of the car into the engine bay. I'm using the stock fan. I tell you, this is Texas and the humidity is very high.
