Thanks for the clarification about sizes. I just got my number assigned today for PCNC's Vegas 2005 Track Event, but by then Pagasus was already closed for the day, so thank you also for the timely response. I would have had time to re-order the next smaller size, which is the point. It's not about the money, it's about getting ready and having time to rework the project or reorder parts,if necessary. A contingency factor is extra time to fix mistakes. When I don't get responses to inquiries, it serves as a warning to me, and maybe others too.

But, if you do a search of your e-mail in box, you'll find it, if it's not there, then there's a problem you may want to look into. And I still haven't received a reply to any e-mails from you, which makes me wonder? Is he getting my e-mails? Am I on the list? Does he not want to do business with me for some reason? Why doesn't he return communications? So, I say, I'll just do this myself and then I won't have to worry about relying on this man to get something I have to get. Less for me to worry about, one more detail accomplished. Why don't you just return a quick response, like say what the price is, confirm that a guy is on the list, and tell what the deadline cut-off date is, like the date the block order is going to be made? Ah well, don't worry about it, maybe the other Ron and Mark are comfortable doing things like that, but I'm not, so I'll order from Pegasus tomorrow, and start thinking about the next task, like packing a set of carb jets and small tools for lower altitude.... As I mentioned, I appreciate the fact you pointed out that 21" is too large, a nice thing for you to do.

No, I'm not on the POCA webring, I still haven't figured out how to do that yet. I did a search once, and it looked like a long conversation that was continuing about many topics all at once, I could not find what I wanted to know, so I just haven't made an attempt again. I lose. I missed good info. But now that you brought up that topic of protecting the paint from magnetic scratches, I think I'll cover the magnetic strips with scotch tape or put some car wax on the magnetic media. Thanks again for sharing ideas.

You have a nice website, Chuck, thanks for the effort. It's really improved since last time I visited it. I searched www.PanteraPlace. com looking for Part II of your story about the motorcyclist whose helmet ended up under your front bumper about six months ago. I'll check again sometime to see if I can read the conclusion of the story, last time your car was disassembled in front. Your car looks nice, now that I see it's out of the shop. I'd like to read Part II of the story sometime.

Communications are the key here, and I had to have a cut-off date for action, myself. Thanks for the postings here, where I visit and participate, I always learn something. I just guess we're different, but we share a common passion and hobby.
