Radiator?

I have a stock radiator(layed forward)with a very large sucker fan mounted to the back.I have a Flowcooler aluminum pump,180 windsor thermostat with bypass hole restricted to 3/8".The motor made 340hp at the wheels on a DynoJet dyno.It runs 180 to 190 in heavy traffic in 85 to 90 deg.weather.The problem is when I went to the Pocono track event I ran it pretty hard for about a half an hour and it over heated pretty badly.After that it would overheat after about 15 to 20 mins.. I figured this was because of air trapped in the system after I refilled it at the track.My question is ,should I concider a new aluminum radiator with twin sucker fans ,or something else?
