I agree with Richard.
A serious air lock will stop the flow. Mine holds about 4-1/2 gallons btw. I hwnt through the same situation, stopped taking water after about 3 gallons until properly burped. It happens every time.

Did you go through the routine of jacking the rear & the final being jacking the front?
