I put in 40 amp fuses and that fixed the problem with blown fuses. I took the car for a test drive and it seems to run cooler than my previous radiator. Only one of the fans turned on. It's the one that is operated by the thermostatic switch on the inlet side of the radiator. There was not enough heat on the outlet side to trigger that switch. I will test the car again with both fans connected to the inlet switch.
