Radiator Pressure cap question !

Can someone tell me if the radiator or swirl tank cap is #13 or #16 pressure cap on originbal Panteras.

Let me re-phrase that I have a 13# cap and it seems to leak coolant on to the swirl tank and run down to my headers, if I use #16 cap is or would that be too much pressure ?
