I'd go with a short - one inch or so - shroud.

Passive - moving car - air movement is not that important in a Pantera. Most of us, at speed, have no cooling issues.

BUT, at slow, city traffic situations, we need all the air flow possible. Shroud comes into the factoring here, and is a bonus, not a detriment.
