I have a 71 that I completed a pretty extensive restoration about 2 years ago. One of the first things I did was redo the radiator. I just used the stock radiator and had it re-cored at a local radiator shop. That was about 6 years ago. The radiator has worked fine ever since and cools the engine well. The engine is slightly modified (maybe 400HP). I am also running the stock fan motors with 8 bladed fans. I think some people needlessly spend alot of money on radiators and fans.
