It is what it is. A 72 with a fibreglass kit.
I wouldn't worry about whether it's the real thing or not. If the frame isn't rusty and the ZF is good that is a steal at $43K. I'm surprised nobody has jumped on it. I wish I had 40 grand under the pillow and the exchange rate wasn't 30%.

You can always re dye the white leather
