Reply to "Rear Bumper"

First, methinks you've been doing WAY too much computer stuff; the exhaust you probably have is a Mind-train assembly from the 70s. It was heavily performance-oriented and quite loud. Mind-spring is a web provider. MInd-Train asemblies are uncommon so I can't give you much personal advice, except that other owners have solved their exhaust-tip-alignment problems by inserting a large pipe maybe 5 ft long in each tip and leaning heavily on it, sometimes helping with an acetylene torch at the critical spot. Subbinng pre-L bumperetts for L bumpers (front or rear) requires drilling a few mounting holes, adding fender-edging to the bumperetts and finally, filling in the 1-1/2" dia hole in each fender for the L bumper 2-1/2 mph rams.
