Sorry , that was one of the few things that the car had when I got it and it stayed on !
Going by the rest of the car I would say it came from Hall Pantera. Back when I was looking they range from $140-180.
However I had that one polished up.
As long as it has a double adjuster in the middle they are all the same it is just the look that will be different.
