I see your point, was the one David shows made locally or is there a supplier? also if we could get Mark Johnson to fill this area as the one in Davids picture then we would have the best of both worlds!
Will is right the small 8mm x 1.25 x 60 is not up to the task, I just replaced them, the old ones were 1/4 sheared, and the holes are wollerd out. If we use what Will is suggesting with a slotted hole, this will take up variations with the different diamensions betweeen Pantera's, take the side load off the bolts & prevent the wheel wells from taco'ing together, especially during flight operation's!
Gent's I am a Machinist in Heavy Industry and like you I've bought exspensive parts that either did not work,fit or were just poor quality, only to have to take them and put a lot of time into them to get them to function properly or just send the parts back and pay shipping both way's. Who needs that.
I have sent an e-mail to Mark and will talk to him about this and see what we can come up with!
If Mark Johnson will accomadate use lets use him.
