Reply to "Rear quarter window"

I had to replace my drivers side quarter window weatherstripping. Got mine from Wilkinsons, about a hundred bucks a side. I pulled the passenger side and powder coated the trim for both sides.
The trim was a little difficult to reinstall just have three hands and work slowly around to get the trim to finally POP back into the grooves of the weatherstripping, the old seal was easier then the new seal. The new seal was a real bear to get the trim back iinto place and was even harder to get back into the car.
I used some string to pop the flange around the cars sheetmetal.
The new seal, the string was just not cutting it and I couldnt get the very last part of the flange to seat. I was at a buddies house and he had a Craftsman cotter pin removal tool( just a awl with 90 degree hook on the the end) and it gave me enough leverage to get the flange to pop around the sheetmetal.
