No "freeways" where I live. Most of the local roads are a single lane in each direction, some are 2 in each direction. The nearest road with 3 lanes about 80 miles away. In the UK it is against the law to pass on the left (passenger side). Before I move to the right I peek over my shoulder (just like riding a motorcycle).
