There's an article 'Grin and Bearing it' written by Mike Drew in the July PCNC newsletter (page 8) that can be found here...

It discusses the use of a wider bearing for longer service life and and has part #'s for the wider and stock bearings.

I'm sure there are other documents on the actual replacement process, getting the high axle nut torque is the trick in all this.
