Rear Window - for those with cages

What do you all do for the rear window when the cage goes through the rear window?

I am wondering how you seal the lexan window around the tubes? I have not seen any pictures of this area. ANyone have some to post?

How thick is the lexan you use and how do you install it - production gasket, glue in, etc.

Anything else important when doing this?
