Works better than even I expected!
The Monitor is 11 inches, the cameras are full color and have 'Night Vision'.
Camera 1 replaces the Passenger Mirror.
Camera 2 (not shown) temporarily mounts on the roof, off the 'sunroof' and is 360 degrees panoramic!
The Monitor can be instantly switched between the Two cameras, with the push of a Button. It can also be plugged into My laptop to display Satelite GPS. I will also be using the cameras as a 'Aiming Device' for a Video CamCorder. I have plans to make a Movie, on the Order of 'Route 66 Revisited'!
Hey! Peter and Dennis did 'Easy Rider' for a mere $85,000.! It earned Millions $$$$! Any Volanteers to be The 'Bad Car'?
I intend to test the Night Vision capabilities! I expect to pick-up Headlights Very easily from the Rear; But I want to see if the Cameras can detect the 'Heat' of a Car Engine with the Headlights OFF! The way 'County Mounties' like to 'Sneak-Up' from Behind one, on the Highway. The Monitor was Mounted using a clamping system, with a 'Quick-Disconnect' (My design) so NO holes were drilled!! That's My Policy! NO HOLES DRILLED!
Every piece can be taken down in seconds. The Passenger Camera Mount is a 'Rough' prototype for firsthand Testing. This system is Just another 'Trick' thought up by Marlin! Enjoy the Pictures, they're to get One Thinking!
