Regaining proper cooling sytem fill following renewing hoses. g

Due to a newly leaking front crank seal and wet pan gasket we seized the opportunity to put in new cooling hoses. Also had the Edelbrock water pump refurbished at their facility as it showed evidence of weeping out of the weep hole. Lack of frequent use they said. After the coolant refill the startup/run at idle eventually produced a temp at 195-210 and steam escaping from the catch tank release hose. The cooling system is a complete Hall type with Fluidyne, twin fans, stainless pipes engine to radiator and a 190 thermostat. What is the best way to burp this system so more coolant may be added to the reservoir?

Thanks for your assistance!
