Polyurethane bushings are very easily removed. They are in two halves and will pull out of the holes without any tools at all, in most cases, maybe just a screwdriver. If you want to see what they look like, go to an aouto parts store and look at them. They have universal sway bar bracket mounting kits and they include the "clamps" that broke on your car, and the polyurethane bushings for about $15.99.
To install the rubber bushing will be more problematic. Best to heat the a-arms and freeze the "rubber" bushings to contract the metal casing housing the rubber bushing. Then they may slip in. Talk to the vendor about the installation for more details on this.
