Thanks guys.

I found I could ease the bushes out with some pipe grips, without damaging the a-arm or the bush. A large socket, some threaded bar and some heavy washers worked well to pull in the new rubber bushes easily.

I'm doing the sway bar bushes too. Got factory originals for about $14.
