Reply to "Repair to Original Window Switch"

I have replaced switches twice with new ones that last all of one day to one week. When I pull switch out of its little bay and squeeze the leads together, I can get the window up and down. It was recommended to me to see a guy in Northridge who does auto electric services who can replace these with auto up and down switches. I have not had time to get to see him yet, but will try and do so next week. I'll let everyone know the result.
