That is most interesting, that your water pump/idler belt is longer, but your main jackshaft belt is shorter than what I mentioned in the first post! Since I now believe that I have all stock pulleys, the only variance should be the height of the jackshaft bracket itself...and it should be pretty close! I had to take some metal off of the stands (NOS bracket) to get the front two holes to line up with the bracket that attaches to the water pump.....the way it came, the J/S bracket was too tall!
Of course I had a Goodyear belt, instead of Gates.... They must have different rulers in their marketing depts!
I'll order one of them up and see what happens!!!!
Alternator and A/C belts will be all over the map since the location of the alternator varied, as did the type of rear jackshaft pulley!
